Review: Radiohead - In Rainbows
Brand Loyalty is a wonderful thing for a company. It creates a sentimental value and a great sense of attachment. The consumer in return is rewarded with familiarity, but at a supposed higher monetary cost. The consumer is also willing to forfeit another, quite possibly better product, choosing to stay with the known rather than venture the unknown.
