After spending a good half hour with the sales agent, the best deal they could offer me for an HD upgrade was nothing. Yup. Nothing. They essentially told me to bite the bullet and pay the equipment and service charges if I wanted the HD upgrade. This isn’t the best course of action to retain a loyal customer who has been with you for almost five years. I guess they’re just pushing me to James Earl Jones’ FiOS or James “worst owner ever” Dolan’s baby.
