The LA Times has a nice little web gallery of pop culture material that Lost references. Some of these are a stretch, but others are head on. Who knew that the character development on the show was inspired by Myst, the video game?

I didn't think this would happen, but it looks like it's going to be it. They give up Gomez, Mulvey, Humber and Guerra.
Not bad if you're a Mets fan. Not bad at all.
